VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - Religious broadcaster Pat Robertson suggested on-air that American operatives assassinate Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez to stop his country from becoming "a launching pad for communist infiltration and Muslim extremism."

"We have the ability to take him out, and I think the time has come that we exercise that ability," Robertson said Monday on the Christian Broadcast Network's "The 700 Club."

So today, I woke up, and I played WOW for a bit.

'Stina woke up a couple of hours later - and because she's only had 256mb of RAM - WOW sucks a bit for her. So I gave her one of my 512's, and put her 256 in my box (and now her box is better).

After turning my box back on - my 200gb HD *threw* parks - orange ones. Then a cloud of smoke came out of it.

Needless to say, it doesn't work anymore. Doesn't even spin up. There's a fried chip on the circuit board. It's got a little melted bubble in it.

All my pictures, email, etc, etc... *gone*. My music is basically all I have left (since it fills my 20gb drive).

*Shrugs*. I got a new 200gb at Comp today. It's a SATA - so from the computers perspective, I came out ahead, but not from my checking account's perspective.

And WOW takes forever and a day to install.

As of right now - I have the entire series of "The West Wing" saved to my harddrive at 350*ish* MB per episode.

That's such a great show... even if this season is sorta wierd and kinda lame.

Did I lend my carpet cleaner to anyone? It's gone missing. I thought I left it at the old apartment when we first got the new place - and then when I went back to clean, it wasn't there.

My only guess is that I lent it out ot someone without remembering.

Otherwise, the dryer fairy got sick of his stolen socks getting dirty and stole a carpet cleaner too. I find that less likely.
